5. Eat fruits and veggies
What you eat plays a role in reducing your chance of developing dementia. A healthy diet should include relatively little red meat and emphasize fruits, vegetables, nuts, fish and other healthy fats. More interesting, a recent study shows that eating iron rich foods can decrease the risk of anaemia, a condition that may cause you an increased likelihood of dementia. So you should consume liver, beans and steak that are high in iron.
