The âBabyâ hitmaker was joined by his new girlfriend Chantel Jeffries while attending Ciroc party at the nightclub. The couple were surrounded by a host of rappers such as Wale, Trinidad Jame, Diddy, Jermaine Dupri and Lil Scrappy. Justin Bieber hit the bash with a black sweater but it wasnât long before he ditched it to go shirtless and show off his extensive tattoo collection. The troubled teen star wore a pair of his signature pants and boxer briefs for the occasion. He accessorized his ensemble with heavy gold chains and a backwards cap. The "As Long as You Love Me" crooner finished off his look with a pair of sunglasses and left them on inside the hotspot. He appeared to be excited and in high spirits as he wrote on Twitter that night, âBack in my second home. Good to be back. Focused on building up positive energy.â
