1. Eat only very little meat

One of essential nutrients to maintain your breasts’ size and shape is collagen fibers, which are responsible for slowing aging process and reducing damaged skin cells. 2. Overuse coffee

According to a study conducted in Sweden in late 2011, scientists discovered that women who drink more than 3 cups of coffee per day can make their breasts smaller. 4. Not drink water
