Kanye West Proposes To Kim Kardashian With $1.6m 15-carat Lorraine Schwartz Engagement Ring

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian were officially engaged a few months after welcoming their daughter North West into the worth. The rapper popped the question to his “Disaster Movie” dame with a $ 1.6m 15-carat engagement ring designed by Kim's favourite jewellery designer and close friend, Lorraine Schwartz. He rented out the AT&T Park baseball stadium in San Francisco, inviting his woman's friends and family members to be there for the big event such as Kris Jenner, Joe Francis, Kendall Jenner and Khloe Kardashian. Kanye West also hired 50-piece orchestra to play some romantic background music as well as had the marquee light up with “PLEEESE MARRY MEEE!!!”

"Last night was truly magical! I am the luckiest girl in the world! I get to marry my best friend!" Kim Kardashian shared her feeling. Meanwhile, her sister Khloe also celebrated the happy news on her own Twitter account hours later. "Wow!!!!! Am I dreaming??!?! Tears of JOY!!!!!!! Wow!!!!!!"

This will be the first marriage for Kanye West and the third for Kim Kardashian. The reality star previously married NBA player Kris Humphries but they divorced after just 72 days. Her first marriage was to music producer Damon Thomas in 2000.

Kim Kardashian and her boyfriend Kanye West were engaged at AT&T Park in San Francisco on October 21, 2013. The rapper proposed to the brunette beauty with a huge engagement ring in front of Kardashian's family and friends.

The couple started dating in 2012 after years of friendship.

Kanye West looked pleased to have his protective arm around his love interest Kim Kardashian in Paris.

The couple welcomed daughter North West in June 2013 and have since made several public appearances together.
