Many people spend hours in the mirror stressed over the quickest way to clear pimples; it could be one big pimple that suddenly popped up or many pimples that keep recurring. A pimple is a kind of acne that results from excess oil getting trapped in the pores. the pores contain sebaceous glands that produce sebum, as the skin sheds, the sebum could cause the dead skin cells left behind to block in the pores, this mainly happens in teen age when the skin becomes thicker. The sebaceous gland continues to produce more sebum which continues to build up behind the blockage resulting to pimples. The sebum harbors various bacteria causing inflammation and infection. We have simple and easy home remedies to help get rid of pimples;

The first on the list is toothpaste. Toothpaste contains a substance called silica which is used to keep moisture out of a substance, it helps to dry and reduce the size of pimples. You squeeze a small amount of toothpaste onto your finger and app ly it evenly on each pimple. Leave it for about 10-15 min to dry. Rinse it with cold water. Repeat this as frequently as the pimples appear. Lemon juice is also a good remedy for pimples; it contains citric acid that helps kill bacteria. When it is applied topically, it stops formation of new pimples and reduces the appearances of the dark marks left behind by pimples. You Cut lemon horizontally into half and Rub the open side directly onto the pimple.
 
Apple cider vinegar is also a well-known remedy for pimples; it is a great antibacterial and anti-fungal agent. When applied on the pimple it stops the growth of bacteria and formation of new pimples. You take raw apple cider vinegar and dilute a teaspoonful with half litre of water and use it to wash your face with it.

Ice cubes are equally very effective when applied on and around a pimple; it constraints blood vessels and has a cooling effect that soothes the soreness that comes with a pimple pop. Other highly recommended home remedies include; Aloe Vera, organic coconut oil and tea tree oil; their medicinal value also soothes and reduces the red inflammation of a pimple.  

All these products are easily available in stores and at home and have been dermatologically tested and found to be very effective in reducing the size of the pimples and stopping the formation of new ones. However if your pimples continue to pop up, it is highly recommended that you visit a dermatologist to advice on your skin condition. They also give a more efficient and effective way to get rid of them. There are also dermatologically tested products that are found in beauty stores and pharmacies that are effective in getting rid of pimples, you might need the help of a pharmacist in choosing one. Pimples are no t dangerous and do not kill, therefore people should not get stressed about them because there are many available solutions to getting rid of them. If pimples are well managed there tropical effects are minute.
