Humans Beginning To Understand The Marvels Of Quran

The reason why Muslims consider Islam as the ultimate religion and a supreme authority when it comes to giving verdict about things is that Islam has spoken about all the matters of life about 1400 years ago. It is now that due to the help from science, humans are begging to understand the message in verses of Quran and the commandments that Prophet (PBUH) made in His hadiths.

Every prediction made by Islam has come true, and those that haven’t materialized yet are not because they are untrue, rather they are also true it is only the fact that humans have not evolved to such a level to understand the hidden message in those verses.

The lines below discuss the fact about things such as plants being living thing other than human as said by Quran in light of modern day science.

In Quran, Allah Almighty says:

“The seven heavens and the earth, and all beings therein, declare His glory: there not a thing but celebrates His praise; and yet ye understand not how they declare His glory! Verily He is Oft-Forbearing, Most Forgiving!” (111:44)

This ayah clearly states that there are other beings in this world besides humans and animal who also praise Allah Almighty in their own way. The reason why humans don’t know about them is that they don’t have the understanding to comprehend the glorification they are doing of Allah Almighty.

Modern day science that is exploring each and every thing in this universe, also conducted a study on plants that proved that plants are also living beings, therefore, justifying the claim made by Quran. The lines below give the major findings of the research that proves that plants are living beings.

German researchers after their study of tobacco leafs lead to the conclusion that plants have a nervous system and brain.

The logic given to second this statement is the fact that when insects attacked the plant’s leaf, the plant emitted poisonous nicotine to keep the insects from eating the leaf.

Another research conducted on plants showed that plants emit sonic vibrations. The reason why plants emit such vibrations is that the DNA of plants keeps on shaking and this shaking causes the cells to produce sounds, although the sound is not comprhendable by humans, but they agree to the fact that plants do produce sonic vibrations. Thus, this can be the kind of glorification which Quran mentions about beings.

Scientists also found that plants emit nice smell as well. In order to protect themselves from small insects, plants emit nice smells that then attract the bigger insects, who then come and eat the small insects thus protecting the plants.

In the light of aforementioned researches, one can simply reach the conclusion that plants are also living beings like humans and animals. Moreover, the researches also point to the fact that Islam is the ultimate truth all what Islam has mentioned such long time ago, is now materializing and now humans are beginning to understand the marvels of this world which Quran foretold 1400 years ago.
