One Direction Heartthrob Harry Styles Denies Rumours of Solo Music Plans in 2014

After Liam Payne was said to have plans to go solo back in March 2013, another One Direction heartthrob Harry Styles was the center of the same rumour. The 19-year-old British pop star, who is reportedly dating his new girlfriend Kendall Jenner, was believed to plan to part ways with his bandmates in 2014. However, his spokesperson confirmed that Harry Styles would not ditch One Direction to branch out on his own.

“It’s complete nonsense,” the representative said. “Harry is not recording solo material.”

This is not the first time Harry Styles has been rumoured to leave his bandmates Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne to focus on his solo career. Back in April, Taylor Swift's ex-boyfriend, who won the British Style Award at the British Fashion Awards 2013 last week, was said recording songs for an album without his fellow One Direction crooners.

Harry Styles, who was rumoured to leave One Direction for his solo music plans in 2014, took to his balcony with Niall Horan, Louis Tomlinson, Zayn Malik and Liam Payne to greet their fans on Thursday (December 12, 2013).
