Keep squeezing the pus out until it starts oozing clear liquid or blood because only then can you be sure that the pimple is no more. Remember to sterilise the needle before popping the pimple out and to wash your hands and dispose the needle in a safe way. Once you have completed the whole process, wipe your face with warm water.
