These days web market is overstuffed with countless software. A single user has a number of options with affordable prices and features. Due to the numerous options migration from one application to another has become so common. Same happens in case of emailing software such as Outlook, OE, Lotus Notes, Apple Mail, PocoMail and so on.

There are several reasons which lead Lotus Notes to Outlook conversion but two most important & basic reasons are mentioned below:

1. Lotus Notes is too complex to handle where as Outlook is having too simple and self explanatory user interface.
2. Lotus Notes is too costly to install, maintain and run whereas Outlook is much affordable than Lotus Notes.

At the time of migration from one mail client to another user should not forget to take the backup of his old emails.
